- The customer may cancel an order up to 14 days after purchase. If the order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched a refund will be made within 14 days of the goods being received at Caper Press HQ, or within 14 days of receiving proof of postage from the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the book to Caper.
- If the customer is not satisfied with their book, Caper will refund the purchase if it is returned to Caper in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the return is due to an error by Caper we will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of postage.
- Caper undertakes not to share any customer details with third parties that would be in breach of the Data Protection Act.
- We do not keep any customer data once an order beyond one month after completion of an order.
